Dear Sir,

1. Please refer to our conversation today over the phone this morning. This is to confirm in writing what you have informed me over the phone.
2. As I understand, our previous booking for Inside Stateroom at $329 x 2 + $149 x 2 per cabin is not available any more and therefore our booking is upgraded to Ocean View Stateroom with Window (Deck 5 and 6) at $389 x 2 + $149 x 2 per cabin.
3. I further understand that there is a $100 discount per cabin ($50 x 2)for all our 5 cabins.
4. Therefore the total amount for each cabin is $389 x 2 + $149 x 2 -$100 = $976, thus total booking for 5 cabins are $976x5 = $4880. At discount of 8% (as agreed), then the total becomes $4489.60. Adding up the $30 (handling per person) X 20 persons, therefore the grand total is $5089.60.
